Exchange Policy

XTETIC takes pride in distributing high-quality medical grade cosmetic products and provides the highest level of customer service. Our products are exclusively sold through professional facilities to ensure patients (end users) follow the necessary protocols of each product for the treatments to be eective.

Guarantees. All XTETIC products are for cosmetic use only; results may vary and can not be guaranteed.

Order Accuracy. At XTETIC, we carefully inspect your order before shipment. Please check your order upon delivery to verify accuracy and condition. Any inaccuracies in products shipped or state received shall require XTETIC to be notied within 7 days from delivery date. XTETIC reserves the right to request images and shipping documentation if deemed necessary.

Exchanges. In the case of an exchange, the unused portion may be returned to us if the following criteria have been met and accepted by XTETIC;

1. The product is returned within 30 DAYS OF THE INVOICE DATE;
2. The product contains at least 50% of the original contents;
3. The product is in its original packaging.

Restocking Fees. Please note a 25% restocking fee may be applicable on exchanges and returns if the product is returned with less than 50% of the products original contents. XTETIC is not responsible for payment or reimbursement of shipping charges.

Compounded Product. Compounded products are neither exchangeable, returnable, nor refundable.

Credit. Please allow 3 to 5 business days to process the loan to your account. All credit memos will expire after 90 days from the date of issue.

Shipping Damages. If the product is received damaged due to the shipping mishandling, please keep the product in its original packaging for inspection purposes. For exchange/shipping instructions, please contact your Account Manager or our customer service department at (818) 432-9500
